The luxury residential options are categories of houses that are superior to the standard living spaces, fusing luxury and comfort together with modern services. High-standard residences are usually designed in a residence style and, while offering the comfort of a hotel, make sure the family is at privacy.
Apart from reception, security, and cleaning essential services, leisure amenities in these facilities also included facilities such as gyms, pools, dry cleaning, and laundry services. They were the epitome of city modern living: to cater to today’s citizens in style and with prestige.
Understanding High-Standard Residence Permits
The High-Standard Residence Permit is an authorization that testifies a residence has attained the standards of luxury and comprehensive service. It shall confirm officially that the property provides reception, security, and cleaning services, additional services such as gyms, swimming pools, and dry cleaning. For the high-standard house rentals, there is no need to take a separate permit for each apartment. If a property management firm rents the whole building, only one permit and plaque that is valid for the whole building is given to the same firm, making it way more easy to rent and providing very clear legal perspectives.

Planning the Management Process
To rent out high-standard residences for tourism purposes on a short-term basis, the management plan must include the statement:
“Short-term rental activities for tourism purposes can be conducted in the residence.”
This statement is a fundamental prerequisite for obtaining a permit from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. However, to amend the management plan to include this clause, approval from 80% of the property owners is required.
Preparing the Required Documents
To prove that the residence complies with legal regulations, all necessary documents must be prepared accurately. These documents include:
- A certificate proving the residence is built in accordance with the Planned Areas Zoning Regulation.
- A management plan registered in the land registry that complies with the Law No. 634 on Condominium Ownership.
- If a housing management company is responsible for the rental activities, documents such as the company’s trade registry number, MERSIS number, tax identification number, and the authorized representative’s signature declaration must be submitted.
- If the rental activity is conducted by a marketing company, additional documents are required, including a consent letter from the housing management company and a travel agency certificate.
After preparing all the necessary documents, you can submit your application via e-Government to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. This process ensures that your high-standard residence receives the official permit required for short-term rentals for tourism purposes.
