What is your land's planning status?
The people who market you the land , give you some information about the land's planning status, but how could you know that information %100 correct? How could you be sure about your land's legal planning status, rights, or restrictive conditions? Especially foreigners are exposed to misleading information. Is your land in agricultural zone? Is it in earthquake zone? Is there any high-voltage transmission line on your land? If one of these information delivered to you wrongfully it could cause non recoverable big losses.
